Ramen Tsumugi - Akihabara (Akiba)

Here is a popular ramen restaurant near Akihabara station that attracts many people with its certain taste while being in an inconspicuous place called Building Underground 1F. While noting the completeness of the soup which the Japanese style dashi was effective, the biggest feature is noodles. Noodles made from Kagawa prefecture flour are thick noodles like udon, and there is a smooth tongue and firmness. I feel like I took a cup of ramen noodle with udon, and it is the best Ichushi store that gives a strong individuality while tasting simple.

There are other items such as tsukemen and "Curry Namba" which is extremely rare for ramen shop. I'd like to recommend this place to those who say, "I do not like being individualized too much, but classic noodles are also a little".
